以下のシステムについて、対応サービス（DaaS）上での動作をサポートいたします。

端末機

  • 必要なインスタンスは、それぞれカタログに記載のハードウェアスペックに準じます。また、クライアント接続台数が同数であっても実際のシステムの負荷は大きく異なりますので、実際の負荷に合わせて適切なインスタンスを選択してご利用ください。
  • クラウド上と組織内のクライアントPCなどとの通信・ネットワークについては、「利用するネットワークについて」の条件に沿った構成での構築をお願いいたします。
  • クラウド利用時には、各クラウドサービス事業者が推奨する可用性の確保やデータバックアップの実施を強くお勧めいたします。
  • 日本語版OSの他、英語版のサーバーOSにも対応しています。ただし、別途日本語ランゲージパックのインストール、システムロケールの変更（日本語）、表示言語を日本語に設定する必要があります。
  • SKYSEA Client View Ver.16.0をご利用の場合、「管理機設定」画面に表示されるクライアントライセンス数の内訳において、Amazon WorkSpaces上の端末が、VDI方式ではなく物理PCとして判定されます。VDI方式の端末として判定させる手順については、弊社までお問い合わせください。
  • タイムゾーンの設定を初期値から変更する必要があります。

【常時録画】 1日 8時間 約160MB （例. 端末機100台に対して3か月間ログを取った場合 … 約1,440GB）

【検知録画】 1日（約2時間※1） 約40MB （例. 端末機100台に対して3か月間ログを取った場合 … 約360GB）

  • 検知録画の設定によっては、常時録画に近い容量が必要になる場合があります。
  • ログデータを圧縮していない場合の参考値です。
  • 事務作業など一般的な業務利用の場合です。ご利用環境によっては、1日約5MB以上になる場合があります。メール送信ログ、クリップボードログは、この参考値の範囲に含みません。
